How good is your mental health? October 10th is celebrated as World Mental Health Day 2018. This year the theme focuses on the vulnerability of youths: "Young People and Mental Health in a Changing World." Activities will be held nationwide and includes a high school speech competition. We spoke with representatives of the Ministry of Health and The Welcome Resource Center about how mental distress continues to be undetected and untreated. They shared that the work continues in bringing awareness to this cause and that it has become an important part of their national strategy to improve the services for this population. On set:
